We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless, rest assured that you can return anything except personalized items for any reason or no reason. We want you to be 100% happy with the wedding favours for your most special day or we refuse to accept your money!

If you need to return something, please send an email to returns(at)wedding-favours.ca or call us at 1-877-541-5151. We will accept authorized returns within 30 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging.

Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 7 business days from when the order was placed. After they ship it may take another week or so to actually arrive at your door. Personalized items may take up to 12 business days to ship.

Shipping
Wedding-Favours.ca uses UPS Ground for most shipping. There is a flat shipping rate of CAD 12.00 and if your order amounts to more than CAD 250, we will send it to you for free. Note: there is a premium for shipping to remote northern areas in Canada.
