Wedding Photography

What with all the memories packed within that special day, why wouldn’t you want your wedding to be documented? Of course, you would want your every shining moment captured into photographs that you can show your children in the future. You can either have a friend or family to take pictures with your own camera, but that is most likely to get him or her out of your wedding pictures. So you better get an official photographer, and a really good one at that. But how would you know if a photographer is a good one?

A good wedding photographer is one who does his or her research prior to the wedding. It is important for a wedding photographer to be able to recognize the bride, groom, their families, friends, sponsors, entourage, and other things and people who matter to the couple. It is also important that the photographer knows his or her clients’ style and the kinds of images that they would want to see.

A good wedding photographer also knows what, who and when to shoot. He or she should start taking pictures about 15 minutes before the ceremony starts to be able to have shots of the preparations, the venue, and portraits of the bride, the groom, their family and the bridal entourage, among others. A good photographer also has a shot list prepared so as to make sure that he or she has all the kinds of shots. And of course, a wedding photographer must dress himself or herself appropriately for the occasion.
